2) Information We Collect

2.1 Account information

If you create an account, we process:

• Email address
• Password (stored securely in a hashed/encrypted form by the authentication system; we do not store your raw password in plain text)

2.2 Workout information you enter

The App allows you to record workout-related data, such as exercises, sets, reps, weights, durations, and routine details (“Workout Data”).

2.3 Microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO)

On some devices/builds, the App may request microphone permission. If enabled/used, this permission is intended only for in-app audio/voice-related features (for example, voice cues, voice notes, or audio interactions).

• We do not continuously record you in the background.
• We do not store microphone recordings on our servers.
• We do not share microphone audio with third parties.
• You can deny this permission, and the App should still work except for any feature that explicitly needs audio input.

3) Where Your Data Is Stored

Based on the current design:

• Workout Data is stored locally on your device (for example, in an on-device database/storage).

If a future version introduces cloud sync or server storage, we will update this Privacy Policy before or at the time that feature is released.

4) How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core App functionality (creating an account, logging in, and using workout tracking features)
• Save and display your Workout Data on your device
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain the security and integrity of the App

5) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your Workout Data with third parties.

If you choose to contact us by email, your email provider will process that communication according to their own policies.

6) Data Retention

• Workout Data: stored locally on your device until you delete it inside the App or uninstall the App.
• Account data: retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion.

7) Your Choices and Rights

• Delete data inside the App: You can delete your Workout Data using the in-app controls.
• Permissions: You can manage App permissions (including microphone) in your device settings.
• Account deletion: If you want your account removed, contact us at team.reptra@gmail.com.

8) Children’s Privacy

Reptra is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Because Workout Data is stored locally, your device security (screen lock, OS updates) also matters.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
